What will you contribute to the team?

  • Characterize scheduled and unscheduled tasks (RNC, BOI, Snags, Manuals) - Duration, Area, Trade, Milestones Predecessors/Successors.
  • Support production leaders in meeting daily targets.
  • Make tasks executable in production as quickly as possible (tracking availability, parts, documentation).
  • Support leaders and team leaders in daily task planning.
  • Track the evolution and closure of documentation related to task progress on aircraft.
  • Conduct impact analyses based on production challenges.
  • Ensure/Update the planning of all aircraft, integrating impacts, constraints, and opportunities across the fleet.
  • Facilitate meetings and high-level presentations on schedule tracking.
  • Participate and manage improvement projects.

  • You hold a college or university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
  • You are proficient in French, both spoken and written, and have a good knowledge of English.
