Under the hierarchical authority of the head of the Documentation and Knowledge Mobilization Service, the person holding the position performs the activities of research, collection, analysis, and synthesis of evidence-based data necessary for the production of evaluations of technologies and intervention modes in health and social services (ETMISSS) by applying a rigorous methodology. Responding to mandates assigned by the CIUSSS NIM directions, she collaborates with managers, health and social services professionals, users, and the entire research community to produce reports, literature reviews, or any other document and analysis supporting decision-making in the choice of technologies to adopt and implement, or changes in practices and intervention modes in health and social services. In close collaboration with the Documentation Service and the Savoirs-Partagés research center, she participates in knowledge mobilization activities.
Your main missions:
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out ETMISSS mandates from the directions.
- Synthesize evidence-based data available in various reports and documents and formulate findings and recommendations facilitating decision-making on a technology, intervention, or intervention mode.
- Monitor the outcomes of the ETMISSS carried out.
- Analyze the mandates entrusted to her with the decision-maker, identify needs and issues, and set a schedule for the various deliverables.
- In collaboration with the Documentation Service, develop systematic review or documentary research strategies.
- Participate in the identification of service improvement projects offered by the UETMISSS and ensure their updating.
- Participate and contribute to the ETMISSS's visibility within the network.
- Ensure the organization and updating of files under her responsibility.
- Develop various knowledge mobilization tools.
- Improve ETMISSS processes and contribute to the enrichment of the UETMISSS's knowledge regarding methodologies and outcome evaluations.
- Act as a resource person in her field of expertise with internal and external partners and within committees or any other meeting where her presence is required.
- Collaborate in the achievement of the permanent and annual objectives of her service and direction.
- Perform any other mandate of the Research and Innovation Department at the request of her immediate superior.

Do you have the desired profile?
- University degree (Bachelor's) in an appropriate university discipline such as administrative sciences, human sciences, or social sciences.
- Hold a 2nd and/or 3rd cycle diploma in an appropriate discipline (a significant asset).
- Specific training in the evaluation of technologies and intervention modes (an asset).
Additional Requirements
- Pass a knowledge exam in the evaluation of technologies and intervention methods in health
- Hold at least (2) years of experience in research OR in the evaluation of technologies and intervention modes acquired in the last (5) five years.
- In-depth knowledge of literature reviews, particularly with a systematic approach
- Significant experience in the field of knowledge transfer, research coordination, quantitative and qualitative content analysis methods, systematic review, and meta-analysis.
- Knowledge of the health and social services network, its administration, legal framework, and issues.
- Excellent writing and meeting animation skills.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Advanced mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
- Advanced mastery of MS Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
