We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee all production operations and ensure effective management of human and material resources, while ensuring the achievement of production, quality, productivity, and safety goals.

Main Functions
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and deadline goals.
- Plan production needs and optimize the use of labor and available resources.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate production team leaders and employees.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements (HACCP, BPF, SQF/GFSI).
- Monitor production yields, identify issues, and participate in continuous improvement of operations.
- Ensure effective management of storage areas and participate in inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations Management and the HR Manager for employee management, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at work.
- Collaborate on equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Management.
Required Skills
- Leadership and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Sense of organization, autonomy, and good judgment.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Good skills in personnel management and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completed DEC or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or team supervision.
- Experience in the food industry, an asset.
- French spoken and written, intermediate level.

- Working Hours
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 5:45 AM to 2:45 PM
- Variable schedule based on production needs.
