Under the responsibility of the Head of Business Intelligence, the Master Data Analyst will have the main responsibility of ensuring the integrity of the product database in SAP. Working closely with the IT team, the incumbent of this position ensures that the data requirements are met and supports the data platforms.
This position contributes not only to the success of JAMP Group, but also to the improvement of the supply chain processes.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Understand the particularities of the pharmaceutical industry as well as BPF standards.
- Ensure the maintenance and governance of product data in SAP.
- Analyze and configure data, understand all the capabilities of SAP (classes, characteristics, tables, master database).
- Validate all material specifications from business experts.
- Actively participate in Master Data meetings related to data profiling, data definition, data upload, always ensuring strict application of business requirements.
- When necessary, participate in SAP testing sessions, validating future processes that will be applied during master data maintenance.
- Advise the supply team and internal clients about issues related to applications used for product configuration.
- Any other related task.
Profile required to succeed in this position
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good ability to work with technologies and applications.
- Quick learning ability.
- Autonomy and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and rigorous skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Sense of priorities.
- Team player.
Oral and written communication skills in French and English.
It would be a real plus if you also possessed some of the following assets:
- Proficiency in MS Access
- Experience with SAP (a considerable asset) or similar ERP.
