We are looking for our future Business Analyst to join our teams.

Main responsibilities

• Define, clarify, and document business needs in collaboration with designated users and stakeholders.
• Analyze the business, operational, functional, and informational impacts associated with the needs and solutions considered.
• Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate possible solutions and ensure their consistency with business orientations.
• Produce and maintain the necessary analysis documentation for understanding, traceability, and the longevity of the work.
• Use, when required, TDD/BDD approaches to support the definition of expected results and acceptance criteria.
• Validate the selected solutions with the business architecture advisor and complete the required quality assurance activities.
• Record orientations, decisions, issues, and follow-up points in the appropriate registers.
• Write and present summaries to help users and teams understand the solutions, their impacts, and the choices to be made.
• Contribute to the revision, modeling, and documentation of operational and administrative processes, particularly according to the BPMN standard.
• Support change management, transition, implementation, production, and go-live activities.
• Produce or contribute to training documents, work instructions, forms, letters, and other required documents.
• Ensure liaison between users, internal teams, IT teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure the continuous transfer of knowledge to designated internal resources.
• Assume any other responsibility related to this level of intervention.

Desired profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration, Organizational Information Systems (OIS) option.
• Have at least eight years of experience as a business analyst, in activities contributing to development (analysis and definition of business needs, process definition, functional dossier validation, product notebook writing, preparation and conduct of trials) carried out by users, in environments comparable to the client's.
• Have participated, as a business analyst, in at least two projects of more than 5,000 person-days for mandates of more than 240 person-days per mandate. At least one of the mandates must involve financial processes or a related domain (taxation, insurance, portfolio management).
• Have conducted proposals and acceptance tests totaling at least 100 person-days in a project of more than 5,000 person-days.
