What you will do

• You advise customers and sports enthusiasts by guiding them in their choices and meeting their needs.
• You ensure that the display is impeccable, so that the products are always available and within reach.
• You welcome, listen to, and communicate with our customers to ensure their expectations are met.
• You communicate the benefits of becoming a Décathlon member by talking about the exclusive store services.
• You facilitate transactions at the checkout and ensure effective return management.
