The Role, Your Impact: As an Accounts Payable Agent, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining good relationships with internal partners through high-quality service and proactive communication.

Applying rigorous purchasing, invoicing, payment, and expense management processes.

Recording and processing vendor invoices, ensuring matching with purchase orders and obtaining necessary approvals.

Verifying invoice and contract compliance with negotiated terms and routing invoices to the appropriate legal entity.

Performing various related tasks associated with the position.

Your Qualifications for this Position: Education: DEP or DEC in accounting or finance or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Excel. Asset: AS400 and SAP. Welcome to graduates!

Skills: Rigor, organization, attention to detail, autonomy, communication, and openness to change, functional English (oral and written).
