What will you contribute to the team?
- Support the organization's strategic planning process for the supply chain by analyzing and structuring large sets of data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in decision-making.
- Ensure that the overall supply chain strategy is aligned with Bombardier's corporate strategy and supports it, by transforming complex data and trends into clear and concrete recommendations.
- Produce data-backed synthetic documents and summaries for senior management.
- Lead cross-organizational reviews and advance the supply chain's strategic initiatives by consolidating contributions, synthesizing findings, and highlighting key risks and opportunities.
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders regarding the progress of projects under your responsibility.
- Develop and maintain a network of internal and external partners to support information gathering, validate assumptions, and enrich analyses.
How will you thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor's degree with a strong focus in an analytical discipline. A master's degree or MBA in Operations Management is an asset.
- You have two (2) years or more of professional experience in a strategic environment within a complex manufacturing industry, which is an asset.
- You demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, as well as a commitment to rigor and attention to detail.
- You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contractual processes (asset).
- You are capable of synthesizing information and presenting complex data in a clear and effective manner.
- You are able to maintain absolute discretion when handling highly confidential files.
- You are capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a demanding and ever-evolving environment.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior management to staff.
- You exhibit a strong team spirit, leadership, and flexibility.
- You are able to meet tight deadlines.
- You are proficient in Power BI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are able to work daily in both French and English.
- You are able to work on-site at one of our facilities in the Montreal region at least two (2) days a week, and sometimes more, in accordance with the applicable policy.
