ENGLISH: Pizza Balagan is looking for someone to join our small team behind the scenes.

Position: Dough Maker & Prep Cook

• Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week

You'll be responsible for preparing our dough, weighing ingredients, organizing prep, and making sure everything is ready for service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

What you'll do

• Prepare and mix pizza dough
• Weigh ingredients with precision
• Portion dough balls
• Prepare ingredients for service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized
• Help maintain our high quality standards

What we're looking for

• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable with repetitive work
• Able to lift 20 kg flour bags
• Food service or bakery experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
