We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist at the Sainte-Rose Clinic.
Our multidisciplinary clinic, located in the Sainte-Rose neighborhood of Laval, serves private clients as well as CNESST, SAAQ, and IVAQ patients, and offers a collaborative and stimulating environment where every team member can thrive. Since our opening in 2020, we have been accompanying our patients with a personalized and patient-centered approach, promoting effective and lasting rehabilitation. You will work alongside a passionate team that shares its knowledge and values engagement, professional development, and well-being.

Your responsibilities
- Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' abilities and limitations
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide manual treatments and evidence-based interventions
- Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
- Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
- Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
- Work closely with other clinic professionals
Skills we are looking for
- Open to new graduates
- Member in good standing of the OEQ
- Interest in developing skills and refining expertise
- Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
Schedule
- Part-time: 21 hours per week
- Days and evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday
- Start date flexible according to candidate availability
- Please note that this position is for a temporary replacement with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position
Remuneration
- Salary: From $41/h to $72.79/h
- The hourly rate is established according to the prevailing salary scales, as well as the candidate's professional experience and developed expertise.
