Desjardins Security Bureau (BSD) protects members and their data by tackling exciting challenges in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and information protection. With over 1,700 professionals, the BSD collaborates with the entire Desjardins Movement to strengthen organizational resilience, raise security awareness, and ensure the cohesion of practices. 🔒Intern, Operational and Project Cybersecurity

• Mobilize your knowledge in risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and threat monitoring to support operational security activities and the integration of controls in technological projects.

️Intern, Security Governance

• Apply your knowledge in risk analysis and control frameworks to support the implementation of security practices in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.

🔍Intern, Physical Security

• Contribute to the follow-up of deviations identified during physical security audits, participate in the drafting of strategic and practical guidelines, carry out evaluations of measures and physical security continuity plans, and produce internal documentation related to security aspects.

💡Intern, BI Business Intelligence

• Develop visual reports and formulate recommendations to meet the needs of internal partners, while designing and deploying operational tracking tools, structuring information, analyzing performance indicators, and creating dashboards to support team performance and efficiency.

️Intern, Law

• Provide advisory role to support business sectors in the protection of personal information, conduct legal research on laws and regulations in cybersecurity, analyze and apply security clauses in contracts, assess compliance with legal requirements, and assist lawyers in preparing case files.

• Participate in the preparation of advice and implementation plans in accordance with the rules of the discipline, conduct preliminary research and analysis, and leverage a broad understanding of the business domain to support clients and partners in managing complexity.

• Diagnose issues and needs to define desired results, analyze information and conduct studies to propose recommendations and write reports, participate in the preparation and implementation of objectives and action plans, contribute to the valorization of data in the framework of internal and external investigation validations, and support investigators in complex cases or projects.

📢Intern, Communication

• Develop communication action plans and initiate deliverables to raise awareness of stakeholders about the BSD's security standards, equip Security Bureau Officers with training and support materials, and support project delivery across the Desjardins Movement.

What you will bring

• The internship must necessarily be credited/attested by your educational institution, either for obtaining a BAC or a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Relevant work/stage experience
