- Your Role
As a counter representative, you will be the point of contact to assist entrepreneurs and clients with their purchases. Through your advisory approach and sense of service, you will contribute to providing an effective, professional, and personalized customer experience.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and analyze their needs;
- Recommend the most suitable products and solutions for their project;
- Prepare orders and price estimates;
- Answer technical questions and provide quality advisory service;
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Handle returns and resolve post-sale service issues;
- Collaborate closely with external representatives and various departments;
- Build trust with customers;
- Participate in the smooth running of daily operations;
- Work in accordance with internal procedures and health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Completed high school diploma (DES);
- College education (an asset);
- At least two years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role;
- Experience in the plumbing, construction materials, or distribution sector (an asset);
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Good computer skills;
- Curiosity, ease of learning, and interest in technical products;
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit;
- Professional approach, positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Important Asset:
Knowledge of plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom products.
