We are looking for an Implementation Consultant (Golf) who will join our launch services team in Montreal. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for clients during the integration process.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize launch calls with clients to present the process overview and manage their expectations regarding the integration process.
- Ensure that client training is carried out throughout the implementation process.
- Plan internal resources to perform project-related tasks, such as installing equipment, launching the client's billing cycle, or setting up payment processing.
- Communicate with the client about the status of the implementation and remind them of upcoming training dates.
- Manage your own segment of clients participating in the implementation process.
- Provide regular and timely updates to clients based on task completion and client responsibilities during integration.
- Keep client files up to date in our "CRM" database and other online tools to indicate updates and project deadlines.
- Manage the time between the sale conclusion and the first use of the system by clients.
- Ensure an excellent customer satisfaction rate.

Here's what we're looking for in an Implementation Consultant:
- Experience in the golf industry or passionate golfer
- Experience in managing customer expectations by phone and email.
- Experience in resource planning and task assignment in an executive position.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral). As a global company with employees and clients outside Quebec, English proficiency is required for this position.
Desired Assets, But Not Required
- Experience in the retail and hospitality sectors
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero
