Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a major player in the real estate sector in Quebec, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to contribute to the brand's shine, the performance of its marketing initiatives, and the customer experience.

In this strategic role, you will closely collaborate with the management and be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, internal/external communications, and market launch projects. You will establish a strategic plan, develop campaigns, optimize the organization's visibility, and support business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and market launch initiatives;
• Develop and manage content for social media, newsletters, website, and other platforms;
• Ensure brand image and company communications consistency;
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements;
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and customer experience objectives;
• Coordinate mandates assigned to external agencies and suppliers;
• Participate in organizing and promoting events, activities, and special projects.

Desired Profile

• Education or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or related field;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French;
• Proficiency with social media, digital platforms, and content creation tools;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
• Initiative, autonomy, creativity, and organizational skills;
• Strong interest in brand development and customer experience.
