Career at Mondou is

• 4,888 human and animal connections + 2,500 visits to our wonderful animals in store + 5,000 licks, feathers and scales and claw sizes.
• Have a lifestyle oriented towards well-being: The conciliation of personal, family and school life is important to us and the workload is well distributed over a full-time schedule (28 to 40 hours) or part-time (15 to 20 hours). In addition, you will be eligible for the collective insurance plan as well as our telemedicine service from the first day worked for all full-time positions because the well-being of our employees is important!
• Enrich your knowledge in the animal world, develop skills through the Mondou Academy. Are you curious by nature and have a thirst for new knowledge? Do you learn new things without secrets? Have a daily life that looks like this

• Welcome customers warmly, understand the needs of their four-legged companion (winged companions, no worries, no discrimination!) and offer your sound advice;
• Use your merchandising skills to execute the planograms provided by the marketing service;
• Complete the customer experience during transactions at the checkout;
• Incarnate and live the values of Mondou day after day, both to customers and your team;
• Receive orders and place merchandise.

Your DNA

• Have experience in customer service and with a cash register (asset);
• Have experience with animals (asset);
• Have experience in nail trimming (asset);
• Have studied in sales, business management or the animal field (asset);
• Have the ability to connect with people and establish good interpersonal relationships;
• Consider that good collaboration between colleagues and teamwork are essential to achieve an organization's goals;
• Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and have a great sense of organization;
• Communicate easily in French (English is an asset);
• Be comfortable lifting heavy loads.
