Clerk | Full-time

With 13 stores located throughout Quebec, Griffon is the largest network of game and toy stores in Quebec. It is part of the Renaud-Bray group, recognized as one of Canada's best-managed companies.

We are looking for a clerk for our Place Laurier branch.

Variable schedule

• Advise customers and suggest products by leveraging your knowledge;
• Display products in an attractive manner to keep sections organized and maintain order in the aisles;
• Ensure that best sellers, new releases, and customer favorites are prominently displayed to maximize sales according to established guidelines;
• Participate in returns, transfers, and product receptions according to established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in retail and/or customer service;
• Customer service skills; enthusiasm and good communication;
• Good general knowledge and interest in cultural products, games, toys, and gifts;
• Ability to work standing all day, lift and move boxes.
