We offer a wide selection of high-quality products from Asia, including cosmetics, skincare, beauty products, accessories, and lifestyle items. Thanks to our rapid growth, we currently have 28 stores across North America, and this is just the beginning!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new store at Galeries de la Capitale and are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as a Sales Associate.

About the Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of products to assist our customers. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all customers enthusiastically and provide an exceptional shopping experience in a warm and professional environment
• Assess customers' needs and requests by asking open-ended questions to offer personalized solutions and help them choose products that best meet their needs
• Stay informed about current promotions and in-store offers to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Process transactions smoothly and accurately by effectively using our point-of-sale system and the Kiokii loyalty program
• Develop positive relationships with customers to encourage their loyalty and repeat visits
• Manage the receipt and shipment of merchandise, including unloading, unpacking, and verifying received stock to ensure accuracy and detect any damage promptly
• Organize products on shelves and in storage areas, following inventory procedures to maintain adequate stock levels
• Regularly perform stock counts and contribute to resolving inventory discrepancies or surplus situations
• Ensure that products are properly labeled, displayed with their price, and presented according to store standards
• Participate in the store's opening and setup
• Maintain the store clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards
• Perform any other related tasks as needed

Desired Profile

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset
• A genuine interest in the Asian beauty industry, along with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and stay informed about the latest products and trends to better serve customers
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and dynamic, friendly, and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing customer needs and inventory requirements
• Good mathematical skills to perform inventory counts and contribute to loss prevention measures
• Compliance with company policies and health and safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to perform basic calculations and manage cash transactions and money with precision
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 30 lb (approximately 14 kg) for long periods, as well as to bend, crouch, and reach for products placed on shelves or in storage areas
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to access high shelves or stock
• Comfortable working in a retail environment that may involve moderate noise levels, intense lighting, or temperature variations
