About the Leasing Agent position

  • Ambassador to Tenants:

As a frontline liaison agent, build strong relationships and provide excellence in resolving concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

Leasing Champion:

Master the leasing process, from initial inquiry to welcoming new residents. Maintain an accurate count of apartment availability and act proactively to achieve leasing goals.

Operations Guru:

Collect rent, inspect the property, and facilitate tenant moves and maintenance requests.

What you need to succeed

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office management, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office software. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet company needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to address concerns and achieve performance goals.
  • Excellence in problem-solving with great efficiency in negotiation.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented person, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
