• What your daily routine will look like in one of our convenience stores:
• Manage the establishment on a daily basis in partnership with the manager (orders, bank deposits, staff management, and financial reports);
• Build lasting relationships with customers and representatives;
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming each customer and offering them a product tailored to their needs;
• Participate in optimizing sales and store profitability;
• Ensure the store is clean and attractive.

What we are looking for in one of our convenience stores

• Experience in staff management or retail (6 months and +);
• Skills in human resource management.
• Able to lift and transport merchandise regularly, frequently, and without assistance, if needed. The weight of the merchandise can vary, weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb)
• Able to stand for long periods.
• In accordance with the French language law, any person hired in our Greater Quebec region must speak French.
