The role you will be taking on
- Carry out building structure projects and act as a technical reference
- Design, analyze and revise plans
- Estimate costs and quantities for projects
- Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
- *Education and experience*
- Professional studies diploma (DEP) in building design or relevant training
- College studies diploma (DEC) in civil engineering, building engineering or related field (asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design
- Relevant experience in the production of technical plans
- *Technical skills*
- Good mastery of AutoCAD and Revit software
- Ability to read and interpret plans, estimates and technical documents
- Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- *Professional aptitudes*
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Good ability to manage priorities
- Good learning capacity
- Interest in professional development
- Ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary environment
- Good mastery of French, both spoken and written
