Your main responsibilities

  • Implement and improve the OHS program;
  • Support the maintenance of certifications;
  • Monitor OHS performance, assess trends, and make appropriate recommendations;
  • Identify, coordinate, and ensure the follow-up of training;
  • Develop OHS/Register of Risks;
  • Provide technical assistance in OHS to operational teams;
  • Support operations in incident management and investigations;
  • Identify and support operations in the implementation of corrective measures;
  • Conduct audits (internal, legal, field), inspections of workplaces, and emergency simulations;
  • Ensure the proper conduct and maintenance of health and safety committees (schedule, frequency, corrective measures, etc.);
  • Design activities to raise employee awareness, increase their involvement, and promote the adoption of safe behaviors;
  • Collaborate with OHS advisors from other regions to share best practices;
  • Act as the regional radiation protection manager.

  • College diploma or university certificate in OHS;
  • Seven years or more of experience in a similar position;
  • ASP Construction Card;
  • Ability to communicate and maintain good interpersonal relationships;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity;
  • Ability to plan and organize your work by establishing your priorities;
  • Proven skills in problem-solving and influence;
  • Knowledge of computer tools, MS Office suite;
  • Hold a valid driver's license;
  • Available for travel;
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
