As an Internal Controls Advisor, you contribute to the efficiency and evolution of the Internal Controls team's activities by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting internal controls analysts, and governing internal tools, processes, and procedures. You will be called upon to coordinate multiple files simultaneously and intervene in mandates requiring a good understanding of the Security Bureau's activities, solid coordination skills, and ease with technological and analytical solutions. You participate in transformation projects, supporting internal controls analysts, facilitating change management, and contributing to the resolution of complex issues. The nature of the files requires the ability to establish numerous connections with various stakeholders and bridge the gap between operational needs and solutions to be implemented. More specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Coordinate activities and cross-functional initiatives to support internal controls analysts; accompany teams in identifying their needs and implementing appropriate solutions
- Support the development and evolution of work tools, including Power BI, DMU, SharePoint, and automation solutions, to improve access to information, operational performance, and user experience. Ensure the required connections between business needs and available technological capabilities
- Manage cross-functional access, tools, and capabilities supporting the Security Bureau's activities. Ensure the evolution of practices and solutions by acting as a guardian of processes, platforms, and ways of doing things in the organization
- Act as a connection point within and between teams, expert analysts, practice leader, senior advisor, and external partners to support the operational efficiency of the internal controls team
- Act as a guardian of the internal controls team's processes, templates, and management information, ensuring their consistency, evolution, and sustainability. Collaborate with domain expert analysts to harmonize practices and support the organization's operational needs

What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience within the Security Bureau or in a fraud, financial crimes, security, or risk management environment
- Experience in the development, evolution, or administration of analytical solutions
- Experience in project coordination or cross-functional case management involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience in report production, management indicators, and management information
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate, including maintenance, dashboard evolution, data model management, and performance optimization
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros, Power Query, and automation mechanisms
- Knowledge of access management, data governance, and information security concepts
