Full-Time Caregiver

Working in the field of elderly residences, the Milles Fleurs Pavilion aims to offer superior quality of life in a warm, respectful, and stimulating environment while maintaining autonomy. This human-sized residence located in Ancienne-Lorette provides a healthy and secure environment for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors.

We are currently looking for applications to fill a position for: Full-Time Caregiver *If you know how to bring smiles and understanding to the elderly, you will be happy in our living environment.*

• You are a respectful person and enjoy working with the elderly;

• You are attentive to the needs of the elderly and it is important to you to respect their expectations;

YOUR TALENTS AND SKILLS ALLOW YOU TO

• Apply and follow a work plan to provide care and services to residents;
• Provide human presence to residents who need it to help, encourage, and provide moral support;
• Care about the health of residents and perform necessary technical gestures, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of the resident;
• Manage emergencies that may occur;
• Assist with medication (we will provide training for this task);
• Assist and help autonomous and semi-autonomous residents with daily tasks;
• Perform other related tasks;

YOU HOLD THE FOLLOWING TRAINING

• DEP in person assistance in institutions and at home or equivalent;
• AP-RPA or RAC;
• PDSP;
• Up-to-date RCR;
• Law 90 (an asset);

WORK SCHEDULE

• Hybrid: Day (7h-15h) and Evening (13h-21h and 15h-23h);
• 37.5h/week;
• One weekend worked every two weekends.
