Clerk | Full-time

We are looking for a clerk for our Sainte-Foy branch.

• Respond to customers in accordance with the service code;
• Advise customers effectively and dynamically and make appropriate suggestions based on individual customer tastes and needs;
• Handle customer complaints appropriately and refer to a supervisor as needed;
• Regularly check the displayed prices of products and ensure compliance with price directives and policy;
• Track product inventory and report discrepancies to your supervisor;
• Display and arrange merchandise on shelves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in retail and/or customer service;
• Customer service aptitude: enthusiasm and good communication;
• Good general knowledge;
• Ability to work standing all day, lift and move boxes.
