Kiokii Inc. is a retail platform specializing in Asian trend products in North America. We offer a wide selection of high-quality and popular products from Asia, including cosmetics, skincare, beauty products, accessories, and lifestyle items. Thanks to our rapid growth, we currently have 28 stores across North America, and this is just the beginning!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new store at Galeries de la Capitale and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a team lead.

About the position

As a team lead, you will set the standard for excellence by embodying Kiokii's sales and customer service values. You will inspire and guide the team to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the store management team in supervising and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
• Provide clear directives, support, and training to team members as needed;
• Maintain store conditions to consistently meet company standards and health and safety requirements;
• Support stocking efforts to meet operational and commercial needs as requested;
• Address customer questions and concerns, resolve issues effectively, and escalate situations to the relevant managers when necessary;
• Contribute to achieving the store's sales objectives and key performance indicators;
• Participate in the opening and setup of the new store.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, with leadership or supervision experience, an asset;
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry, interest in continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and staying up-to-date with the latest products and trends to effectively advise the team and enhance the customer experience;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment;
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb;
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
