About the position

, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of daily activities, supporting the team, and the success of the store. Your responsibilities will include: *

Support the management of schedules to maintain an adequate staffing level and ensure the smooth operation of the store;

• Supervise daily store activities and employee performance to ensure operational efficiency and drive sales;
• Effectively communicate upcoming sales goals, company initiatives, ongoing promotions, and marketing strategies to employees and ensure their implementation;
• Provide clear directives, answer questions, and offer advice to ensure uniform application of procedures and foster a positive and collaborative work environment;
• Set an example by providing exceptional customer service and applying best practices;
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking positive solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members;
• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards;
• Participate in the opening and setup of the new store.

• 3 years of retail experience
