You will represent iA Financial Group to pension plan promoters, advisors, and consultants to present our products, tools, and services. You will actively contribute to the success of our collective retirement services team.

This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in Canada. It is a fully remote position.
What you will accomplish with us
As a Director, Client Relations (DRC), Retirement and Savings, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary resource for an established client portfolio in Ontario, while developing, managing, and strengthening lasting and value-driven relationships;
- Represent iA Financial Group and participate in pension committee meetings, annual meetings, and employee meetings with our clients;
- Provide new and existing clients with comprehensive training on the products, services, and tools available to them;
- Manage client expectations through clear, effective, and needs-based communications;
- Understand client needs and propose satisfying solutions, while respecting iA's service capabilities and standards;
- Collaborate with the education team to develop communication plans and determine needs, improvements, and opportunities to increase member participation and engagement in their retirement plan;
- Proactively inform your client portfolio about our products, services, and any legislative changes or other news that may impact their retirement plan;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities, including preparing and participating in presentations to potential clients;
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our service models and strategies;
- Collaborate with other Client Relations managers in the context of internal meetings and workshops to share experiences, knowledge, best practices, and advice that foster collective success.
- What could accelerate your success in this role
- We are looking for a person who:
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of pension plans, relevant experience in the field, and strong technical skills;
- Is recognized for excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills;
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Stands out for their organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team;
- Has experience in client relationship management and with consultants or advisors;
- Can build trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Holds a bachelor's degree and has at least five years of experience in financial services, financial planning, or customer service;
- Has excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint;
- Has completed the Canadian Securities Course or holds a mutual fund permit, the Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or a life insurance permit.
- Candidates residing in Quebec must hold a permit for collective investment funds and pension plans issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is required, as the person in the role will be called upon to present the organization's products, services, and tools, conduct training, participate in client meetings, and communicate information about pension plans to pension plan promoters, advisors, consultants, and clients who can only speak English, on a regular basis.
