Sales Store Manager Assistant

At the heart of the operations department, support the deputy manager in all activities related to the management of a store and the direction of socioprofessional services in the realization of the reintegration mandate on the labor market, for people facing obstacles in finding employment.

Develop and inspire your team

• Train, coach, and support your team members, including participants in our socioprofessional insertion program
• Identify talents and prepare successors for key positions
• Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and share goals
• Create a work environment based on respect and our values

Manage daily operations

• Achieve sales goals and performance indicators
• Optimize the processing of donations and the marketing of products
• Perform merchandising and ensure effective inventory rotation
• Implement promotions and customer programs
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized store
• Ensure a warm service to our customers and donors
• Support cashier and fitting room operations during busy periods
• Supervise sales floor activities (pricing, quality, visual standards)
• Perform inventories and administrative follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety measures
• Protect store assets and prevent losses

Desired profile for a Sales Store Manager Assistant

• Available to work one weekend out of two
• 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear
• DEP or AEC in management or related field
• Relevant experience in team management
• Motivational leadership, organizational skills, and good communicator
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Flexibility and commitment to Renaissance's mission
