  • Drive Sales:

Use StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales targets. Take ownership of your results and actively work to increase your contribution to the store's overall sales.

  • Customer Experience:

Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience to every person who walks through our doors. Build relationships with customers and understand their needs by actively listening and asking open-ended questions. Highlight our extraordinary products by demonstrating their unique benefits and features. Look for opportunities to make customers' days better and leave the world more Lush than we found it.

  • Brand Development:

Educate customers on our brand values, including our commitment to cruelty-free, freshest cosmetics, ethical shopping, 100% vegan, handmade, and bare packaging. Communicate these values with expertise in-store and within the community by organizing in-store parties and other initiatives that contribute to increasing foot traffic.
