Within the sales department, the assistant will support the store management team (Manager and Assistant) in the activities inherent to the management of a store.

Tasks and responsibilities

Under the supervision and support of the management team, the assistant will:

• Ensure the optimization of sorting activities (Setting prices, labeling, and market placement);
• Perform inventory taking and rotation;
• Operate cash registers;
• Maintain an optimal level of customer service;
• Participate in the maintenance of the workplace.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities

• High school diploma;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• Ability to vigorously support the insertion mission and the philosophy of Renaissance;
• Ability to lift loads of 30 lbs. (15 kg.);
• Very good teamwork and communication skills;
• Open-mindedness, tolerance, acceptance, and respect for others;
• Adaptability, good organizational skills, and honesty.
