Within the sales department, the assistant will support the store management team (Manager and Assistant) in the activities inherent to the management of a store.
Tasks and responsibilities
Under the supervision and support of the management team, the assistant will:
- Ensure the optimization of sorting activities (Setting prices, labeling, and market placement);
- Perform inventory taking and rotation;
- Operate cash registers;
- Maintain an optimal level of customer service;
- Participate in the maintenance of the workplace.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Required skills, knowledge, and abilities
- High school diploma;
- 1 year of relevant experience;
- Ability to vigorously support the insertion mission and the philosophy of Renaissance;
- Ability to lift loads of 30 lbs. (15 kg.);
- Very good teamwork and communication skills;
- Open-mindedness, tolerance, acceptance, and respect for others;
- Adaptability, good organizational skills, and honesty.
