Project Manager-FR

As a Project Manager, you support the promoter and coordinate a team to achieve the goals of cross-cutting projects/initatives. You participate in all phases of execution, from ideation to deployment. Your role involves setting objectives, strategy, and resources, and coordinating the necessary actions to complete large-scale and innovative projects. Your ability to achieve results and engage people allows you to effectively manage work teams to meet organizational goals. The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth knowledge in your area of expertise. The projects under your responsibility are strategic and have high operational and conceptual complexity, requiring a global and detailed analysis and understanding of the business domain and the organization. Interactions are numerous, and you will be called upon to interact with a large number of stakeholders operating in various fields of expertise. You act as a specialist and exercise leadership over decision-making bodies and work teams. You represent the company's position in agreements with external suppliers. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Collaborate with various contribution managers, be responsible for deliverables to meet business objectives and recovery of benefits, while respecting costs and schedules.
• Ensure the availability of material, human, and financial resources to meet agreed-upon business objectives.
• Be responsible for the management, monitoring, and communication of the project roadmap and budget.
• Define and implement governance.
• Take charge of identifying and addressing project issues or risks.
• Be responsible for reporting and project status updates to the promoter or other decision-making bodies.
• Collaborate in the management of internal and external suppliers.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• PMP certification
• Experience in analytical data and/or artificial intelligence
• Experience in an agile environment
• Strong experience in business and IT project management
• Experience in an influential role
• French language proficiency required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Office suite
