As a sales advisor, you will be the engine of your branch's revenue growth. You will report to a regional sales director who will train, support, and help you close new deals. After a 13-week training program, you will be ready to identify and retain new customers, build relationships, and offer customized solutions to all types of companies in the food and beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that use uniforms, linens, and cleaning services such as first aid supplies and sanitary articles. With the support of a dedicated team, you will develop your skills, achieve your financial goals, and contribute to the growth of your branch. The territory assigned to this position covers the south shore of the St. Lawrence River (Lévis, Montmagny, Thedford Mines, and Victoriaville, QC).
Daily Activities Related to the Position
- Develop a portfolio of new customers by identifying prospects, making cold calls, qualifying leads, and presenting customized proposals.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration of new customers.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly agency growth meetings to plan upcoming customer installations.
- Build strong relationships with new customers to ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
- Drive a company vehicle safely and comply with all policies and procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

- Successful commercial experience and willingness to demonstrate consistency and discipline to meet and exceed weekly targets.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $75,000 with unlimited commissions.

- Top sales advisors earn over $200,000.

Work Conditions and Tools
- Daily travel in the designated sales area.
- Work in various environments: offices, industrial sites, and client locations.
- iPhone, laptop/iPad, Salesforce, and any other tools necessary to perform tasks.
Typical Physical Activity
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, driving, grasping objects, moving materials, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting weights up to 14 kg.
Typical Environmental Conditions
- Vehicles on public roads, offices, client sites, industrial laundry sites, service centers, or warehouses.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to understand and follow instructions, and excellent time management.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no accidents, speeding tickets, traffic violations, or other infractions.
- Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products. Skill to count, add, and subtract accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- University degree or two years of experience in external sales (preferred).
