We are looking for a full-time Territory Manager for the regions of Saguenay, Lac St-Jean, Charlevoix, and Côte-Nord. Are you hiding? Get your hands into the food industry: Under the supervision of the Distribution Network Director, the Territory Manager ensures the proper management of sales operations of our delicious products on the territory. One thing is certain, you will be a key ingredient of a brand of snacks here.

• Business development;
• Implement sales and customer service policies;
• Manage sales operations for a given territory;
• Support, motivate, and train independent distributors to help them achieve their sales and customer service goals;
• Maintain a high level of sales service for our customers.
• Perform any task where your expertise is required.

Do you have the ingredients we need?

• Have at least 3 years of experience in sales management;
• Show leadership, be a team player, and have good communication skills;
• Have good time and priority management;
• Be able to maintain good working relationships with employees and have strong problem-solving skills;
• Master oral and written English;
• Have experience in managing some major accounts (an asset);
• Knowledge of the food industry (an asset).
