*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

The Information Technology Director is responsible for defining and driving the company's technological strategy to support its growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. They oversee the evolution of business systems, technological architecture, data, cybersecurity, and IT services, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team to align technological initiatives with business objectives.

  • Lead the technological roadmap and investment priorities;
  • Design and govern solution, integration, data, and cloud infrastructure architectures;
  • Oversee ERP implementations, system integrations, and Microsoft programs;
  • Enhance the technological experience for office employees, project teams, and construction sites;
  • Ensure cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, and information protection;
  • Collaborate directly with senior management, functional leaders, integrators, and vendors;
  • Define and drive Tisseur's IT strategy;
  • Lead the evolution of enterprise applications and integrations, including Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and specialized construction platforms;
  • Build capabilities in Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365;
  • Structure data governance, cybersecurity, IT services, and partner management;
  • Develop an IT team capable of sustainably supporting growth and operational excellence;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
  • *REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES REQUISES*
  • University degree in computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering focused on IT, computer science, information systems, or related field;
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, with senior responsibility in solution architecture, enterprise applications, or IT leadership;
  • Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or transformation and complex system integration;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications (strongly desired);
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, Fabric, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams;
  • Experience with construction, infrastructure, engineering, real estate, or large-scale project environments (strongly desired);
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory constraints: CCQ, Law 25, digital sovereignty, Canadian hosting, ISO 27001 trajectory;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and partners as well as executives and operational teams;
  • Demonstrate meticulousness, rigor, and autonomy;
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and demonstrate leadership.
