Being a Product Strategy Integration Project Manager (M&A) at Innovair Solutions means playing a key role in the integration and optimization of product portfolios from the company's acquisitions. On a Daily Basis, You Will Have To

  • Analyze the product portfolios of acquired companies and identify growth opportunities, synergies, and cross-selling opportunities;
  • Evaluate product positioning, served markets, and customer needs to recommend the most relevant strategic directions;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and logistics teams to facilitate the integration and development of acquired portfolios;
  • Analyze product and category performance to formulate concrete recommendations and action plans;
  • Develop portfolio, positioning, and pricing strategies in partnership with market managers and category directors;
  • Support the evaluation of integration opportunities and new acquisitions through your product, market, and commercial expertise;
  • Lead multidisciplinary meetings and mobilize stakeholders around business priorities;
  • Conduct analyses, research, and follow-ups necessary for the success of strategic projects;
  • Contribute to both strategic thinking and the implementation of initiatives;
  • Take on various strategic product mandates in a growth and acquisition context.

You are the person we are looking for if you possess

  • A university degree in administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or commercial strategy;
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams;
  • Experience in company integration, change management, or transformation projects (asset);
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills;
  • Strong business sense and the ability to turn analyses into concrete recommendations;
  • Solid collaboration and influence skills in a multidisciplinary environment;
  • Excellent ability to mobilize and rally different stakeholders around common goals;
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous context and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making;
  • Excellent mastery of French and English, both oral and written, to collaborate with various stakeholders and business partners;
  • Availability for occasional travel.
