Our Generative AI and Software Delivery team helps clients modernize their applications, accelerate delivery, and integrate responsible AI practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

As a Software Delivery Manager, Developer, you will combine hands-on technical leadership, team management, and client delivery. You will lead software delivery components, guide architecture and engineering decisions, mentor developers, and help clients adopt modern software delivery practices supported by automation and generative AI.

What You Will Do

• Lead software delivery components for custom applications, cloud-native platforms, integrations, APIs, and modernization programs.
• Provide hands-on technical direction across design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions, delivery plans, estimates, and product backlogs.
• Review architecture, code, test strategies, production plans, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor and support senior and junior consultants in engineering practices, technical problem-solving, and client delivery.
• Help teams responsibly leverage AI-assisted engineering practices across requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, product owners, designers, data teams, security teams, and clients.
• Support proposal development, solution definition, estimation, and work statement preparation.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans with the team and clients.

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions.
• Experience leading developers or technical delivery components in consulting, enterprise, or product contexts.
• Strong development experience with C# and .NET, as well as one or more modern languages or frameworks such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including application, integration, data, DevOps, or cloud-native services.
• Knowledge of Next.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, databases, and secure development practices.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automated testing, version control, observability, and production management.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools, generative AI models, prompt engineering for delivery tasks, or AI-accelerated SDLC practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
