Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of construction work;
• Apply plans and estimates and ensure compliance with the schedule;
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors;
• Coordinate project progress with the project team: subcontractors, foremen, project managers, project director.
• Ensure the quality of the work performed;
• Apply health and safety policies;
• Participate in site meetings;
• Complete the daily work report and quantities.

Requirements

• DEC in civil engineering or architecture, DEP in construction, journeyman, or any other combination of equivalent experience and education;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
• Good knowledge of: equipment, execution standards, work methods;
• Computer skills: MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills (French and English), both oral and written. The use of English is necessary to communicate with different English-speaking partners.
