• Provide advisory role in digital communication, social media, and emerging technologies;
• Develop and implement digital communication strategies to maximize the reach of our events;
• Develop, optimize, and promote best practices for digital platforms, social media, and digital content distribution;
• Analyze performance indicators, interpret results, and recommend actions to improve the reach, engagement, and effectiveness of digital communications;
• Maintain continuous monitoring of industry trends, practices, competition, and new technologies;
• Recommend, evaluate, and support the integration of technological solutions, including artificial intelligence;
• Support and train teams in the adoption of digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions;
• Collaborate on digital projects, multimedia content creation, and communication initiatives;
• Manage and animate communities on the organization's various social media platforms, fostering interactions, engagement, and positive relationships with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a relevant discipline, or a combination of education and equivalent experience;
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in communications, including significant experience in digital communication, social media management, and community management;
• Experience in digital projects and the implementation of new technologies;
• Experience with artificial intelligence solutions;
• Excellent knowledge of social media, digital strategies, and platforms, as well as digital performance indicators;
• Excellent knowledge of content creation tools and generative artificial intelligence tools;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite software;
• Intermediate English (spoken and written). The person holding this position will frequently communicate with our anglophone external partners outside Quebec.
