Summary

As a manager, your role will be to ensure the daily management of operations and oversee the smooth functioning of the store by exercising supervision, administrative, motivational, and training responsibilities for your team. You will maintain company standards and requirements, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily operations;
• Ensure the recruitment, welcoming, integration, and training of employees;
• Manage staff, schedule work hours, and assign tasks;
• Present current and future promotions and events to customers;
• Suggest complementary items to maximize sales;
• Plan the reception, unpacking, labeling, and organization of merchandise, as well as inventory management;
• Perform various types of sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system;
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of inventory;
• Perform openings and closings;
• Conduct bank deposits;
• Prepare online orders and ensure their delivery within established deadlines;
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store;
• Lift loads weighing up to approximately 15 kilograms;
• Stay informed about store policies and procedures;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements and Competencies

• High school diploma (DES)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail
• Availability during the day, evening, and weekends
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and changing work environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively organize time and manage priorities
• Human resources management skills
• Communication and mobilization skills
• Proficiency with computers
