As a Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Analyst Programmer, you will actively participate in the design, development, and evolution of business solutions based on the Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance). - Functions and Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven/model driven) and Power Pages;
- Automate business processes with Power Automate, according to specifications;
Participate in the development, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance);
- Leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform to deliver integrated and high-performance solutions;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and propose adapted and scalable solutions;
- Prepare and conduct targeted demonstrations highlighting the business benefits and strategic value of ERP/CRM features;
- Use artificial intelligence to accelerate development and create value;
- Document delivered solutions and ensure their evolutionary maintenance;
- Participate in testing, optimization, and deployment activities of solutions.
Qualifications Required to Succeed in this Role
- At least five (5) years of experience as an analyst programmer;
- At least two (2) years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps — canvas and model-driven — and Power Automate) and/or Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service or other);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments, including: Dataverse, Data Lake, Logic Apps;
- Proficiency in one or more languages/technologies: Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, SQL, JSON;
- Excellent French proficiency;
- Functional English (reading and technical collaboration);
- Practical experience in agile methodology;
- Experience in the financial or insurance sector (asset);
- Experience in the government sector (asset);
- Experience with Power Pages (asset);
- Experience with Copilot Studio (asset);
- Experience in designing model-driven applications based on Dataverse, including configuring tables, views, forms, and business processes (asset);
- Have Microsoft Dynamics (MB 230, MB 280) and/or Power Platform (AB 410, PL 900, PL 200 and/or PL 400) certifications or be willing to obtain them (asset).

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $50,000 and $100,000. This position is currently open.
