We are Frima, a video game development studio based in Quebec and Montreal for over 20 years, and we bring together hundreds of passionate talents united by one ambition: to create unforgettable games on all platforms.

- 4.5 workdays per week, year-round. (Friday pm off);

What Your Weeks Will Look Like
- Ensure planning and tracking of the entire production cycle;
- Establish, in collaboration with business directors, the staffing plan according to the needs of expertise and project milestones;
- Conduct risk analysis and propose solutions to prevent delays, budget overruns, and issues that could compromise project objectives;
- Mobilize, lead, and support your direct team by providing continuous feedback;
- Participate in the development of skills and internal succession by ensuring rigorous performance tracking, the development of tailored training plans, and alignment with corporate strategic orientations;
- Develop a trusting relationship with the partner and act as the main point of contact in your area of expertise;
- Collaborate on various development projects within your professional community.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in administration, project management, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
- Approximately ten (10) years of relevant experience in product management within the video game industry;
- Demonstrated experience on at least one AAA or AA commercialized project;
- Experience in risk, budget, dependency, and priority management;
- Ability to travel outside the country if needed;
- Excellent French and English language skills (written and oral). English skills are required for the work as we collaborate with anglophone partners.
