What Your Weeks Will Look Like

  • Ensure planning and tracking of the entire production cycle;
  • Establish, in collaboration with business directors, the staffing plan according to the needs of expertise and project milestones;
  • Conduct risk analysis and propose solutions to prevent delays, budget overruns, and issues that could compromise project objectives;
  • Mobilize, lead, and support your direct team by providing continuous feedback;
  • Participate in the development of skills and internal succession by ensuring rigorous performance tracking, the development of tailored training plans, and alignment with corporate strategic orientations;
  • Develop a trusting relationship with the partner and act as the main point of contact in your area of expertise;
  • Collaborate on various development projects within your professional community.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, project management, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
  • Approximately ten (10) years of relevant experience in product management within the video game industry;
  • Demonstrated experience on at least one AAA or AA commercialized project;
  • Experience in risk, budget, dependency, and priority management;
  • Ability to travel outside the country if needed;
  • Excellent French and English language skills (written and oral). English skills are required for the work as we collaborate with anglophone partners.
