(CAN) Consumables Aisle Manager -FR

Provides customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to ensure they perform assigned tasks with the portable terminal. Ensures the sales area is zoned and stocked. Offers assistance to meet consumer needs in terms of purchases. This will be accomplished by ensuring that the merchandise is in the right place in a clean and safe environment. This aisle manager will work as a team leader to plan and strategically execute tasks according to workload and usual customer trends.

What You Will Do...

Provides excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and courteously, assists customers in promoting products and services, spots merchandise and makes purchasing decisions, resolves customer-related issues and forwards concerns, if necessary.

Delegates, assists and follows up on the completion of the customer availability process (CAP) tasks - Work the section, CAP process for storage locations, storage of selections.

Delegates, assists and follows up on the completion of price changes and displays.

Delegates, assists and follows up on the completion of the assigned sector modules.

Delegates and assists with tasks in the required sales area sections, as needed. Assists with merchandise recovery and zoning tasks.

Contributes to a safe, clean and obstacle-free work environment by following the Company's directives and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and confirming that displays are secured and free of debris.

Ensures associates take their breaks according to the coverage schedule.

Trains, accompanies and provides feedback to associates.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.35.
