Overview
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team within our Small Business Services division. This is a people leadership role ideal for a motivated, experienced sales professional with a passion for building teams, driving results, and developing talent.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Direct, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Hire, train, and support the ongoing development of your team through performance coaching and career planning.
- Drive Results: Execute sales strategies to grow your assigned territory and maximize team performance.
- Represent ADP: Be the face of ADP at client meetings, events, trade shows, and in the field.
- Utilize Tools: Ensure Salesforce is used consistently and accurately across the team.
What You Bring
- Sales Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, with a proven ability to drive results.
- Proven Sales Performance: 5+ years in B2B sales with consistent overachievement.
- Coaching Mindset: Ability to mentor, give feedback, and grow team members into top performers.
- Strategic Execution: Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Education: Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Leading in a process-driven, metrics-based sales environment.
- Experience managing in a large corporate or U.S.-based/global organization.
- Familiarity with payroll, HR, or SaaS solutions.

French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is required for this position.
This position also includes responsibilities requiring regular use of English, including:
- Communication and exchanges with clients and partners outside of Quebec, including in the context of sales activities, presentations, and discussions related to account management.
- Collaboration with internal teams and functions outside of Quebec whose primary language is English.
- Participation in meetings, presentations, and exchanges with speakers at the Canadian and international levels.
Due to the nature of the responsibilities associated with this position, English language proficiency (both spoken and written) is required. These responsibilities are essential to the performance of the position and cannot be delegated to another team member.
In accordance with its practices in Quebec, ADP Canada limits the requirement for knowledge of a language other than French to situations where it is necessary to perform the functions of the position.
