In this context, Luqia Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Talent and Culture capable of supporting the development of a strong, unified culture aligned with Luqia Technologies' ambitions, and making team mobilization and change management a true strategic lever.

Reporting to the President and CEO and a member of the executive committee, the person holding this position is responsible for defining and orchestrating the organization's talent and culture strategy. They act as the architect of the employee experience, organizational change leader, and business partner to managers to develop an environment where teams are engaged, high-performing, and aligned with Luqia Technologies' vision.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and implement the global Talent and Culture strategy aligned with Luqia Technologies' business objectives;
  • Advise the CEO and executive committee on organizational, human, and cultural issues;
  • Serve as an influential leader across the organization's management;
  • Develop and execute the change management strategy to foster employee buy-in;
  • Identify and mitigate human risks associated with the transformation;
  • Harmonize HR policies, programs, and practices;
  • Design and deploy a common cultural vision supporting the organization's values and goals;
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment;
  • Regularly measure employee engagement and implement improvement strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in governance;
  • Optimize HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency;
  • Manage budgets and investments related to Talent and Culture initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance of manufacturing labs with best practices in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or related field;
  • 6 to 10 years of executive-level human resources management experience;
  • Experience and ability to navigate complex, matrix, scientific, and/or not-for-profit environments;
  • Experience and demonstrated capacity in leading large-scale organizational transformations;
  • Experience serving on a board of directors and in a governance context for OBNL;
  • Passion for talent development and creating high-performing, innovative organizations.
