YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WITH US
- Assist the strategic procurement manager in daily operations;
- Generate purchase orders for items required in production or inventory;
- Maintain close communication with local and international suppliers and subcontractors to track purchase orders, deliveries, and deadlines;
- Effectively manage supplier non-conformities;
- Assist in cost analysis and purchase optimization;
- Support the team in improving supply chain processes;
- Collaborate in inventory management and prevent stockouts;
- Serve as a point of contact for various internal client requests.
You Are Our Rare Gem If You
- Hold a degree in procurement, logistics, administration, or a related field;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics in the manufacturing sector;
- Are comfortable with ERP systems and computer tools (Excel, etc.);
- Demonstrate rigor and excellent organizational skills;
- Can manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks;
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (suppliers, internal teams);
- Are proactive and solution-oriented;
- Have a strong analytical capacity to support cost and process optimization;
- Speak and write well in French and English to communicate with our global team.
