RevOps Analyst

Position Overview

The RevOps Analyst plays a central role in optimizing revenue processes, ensuring pricing consistency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the CRM Solutions Manager, this role bridges multiple departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on pricing strategy, discount governance, and revenue performance. The RevOps Analyst will be closely supported by the CRM Solutions Manager, who will provide ongoing guidance, prioritization support, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of responsibilities and continuous skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus Accounts Standardized Pricing Management
• Maintain and update standardized pricing structures for Focus Accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate strategy. Analyze pricing deviations and recommend corrective actions to maintain margin integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Mgr to refine Focus Account classifications to ensure accounts remain properly segmented and support periodic pricing reviews.
• Discount Management & Governance
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the discount management framework. Monitor discount usage across regions and segments, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights to Sales Leadership to improve discount discipline and profitability.
• Maintain clear documentation of pricing policies, discount rules, approval workflows, and revenue processes to ensure organizational alignment.
• Pricing Optimization & Revenue Insights
• Conduct analyses on price elasticity, margin impact, deal cycle efficiency, and forecast reliability to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Collaborate to optimize deal structure and price lists.
• AI Tools Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Feed, test, and monitor AI-based pricing optimization tools to ensure data quality, model accuracy, and business relevance.
• Collaborate with Data Science and IT teams to refine algorithms and integrate new data sources and enhance predictive capabilities.

• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and revenue processes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to support revenue optimization initiatives.
• Process Improvement & team contribution
• Identify inefficiencies in pricing, quoting, and revenue workflows and propose scalable improvements.
• Support training and enablement initiatives to ensure teams understand pricing tools, policies, and best practices.
• Contribute to CRM team activities, providing operational assistance and helping maintain data quality, users support, process consistency, and system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Pricing, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake).
• Experience with SAP ERP, CRM platforms and pricing tools.
• Ability to work cross functionally and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and seek feedback in a fast-paced environment.
