RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and exceed sales goals by providing an exceptional customer experience, offering additional sales, and highlighting promotions.
• Punching Excellence: Become a specialist through our training. Perform safe and professional punchings, explain post-punching care, and reassure customers.
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized, and easy-to-shop store.
• Collaborate with the store manager to motivate the team and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Represent the brand by showcasing products and staying up-to-date on fashion trends and social media.
• Support store operations: visual merchandising, stock management, transactions, promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases and new punchings on social media.

ABOUT YOU

• You have sales and goal-achievement-driven energy.
• You are comfortable with social and digital trends.
• You provide exceptional customer service and value personal expression.
• You have at least one year of retail sales experience (ideally with leadership responsibilities).
• You are organized, self-motivated, and autonomous.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform punchings with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency with the POS system.
• Completed part of secondary school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand and handle 25–75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and climb to place merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills, mathematical understanding, and passion for fashion.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Ability to create fashion looks with the products.

Summary

Claire’s is committed to complying with all applicable company policies as well as federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. All positions will be paid at the legal minimum wage or a higher rate, depending on where the work is performed. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors such as relevant work experience, training, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
