Accounts Payable Clerk

Relevant to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, we are looking for a versatile Accounting Technician to join our finance team. This polyvalent person will work closely with various members of the accounting team as well as with our teams from different hotels and restaurants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Verify and enter the accounts payable for restaurants and hotels.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Match accounting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment proofs for suppliers.
• Enter invoices, expense accounts, and payments into the accounting system.
• Track emails and phone calls from suppliers and various internal clients.
• Perform various accounting tasks related to accounts payable.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• College diploma in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks and interactions with colleagues, partners, or anglophone guests from all over Canada.
