About the Role

ESI Technologies is a Quebec-based consulting firm specializing in information technology services for over 32 years.

We support organizations in their digital transformation projects, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and IT service management.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Architect who wishes to contribute to significant projects while evolving within a team recognized for its expertise and human approach.

Your Role

As a Microsoft 365 Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and optimizing access models to ensure the principle of least privilege is applied, identifying and mitigating risks related to privileged, sensitive, or non-compliant access.
• Defining, standardizing, and maintaining security roles and access assignment mechanisms.
• Implementing security controls related to identity and access management.
• Collaborating with business units and IT teams to ensure adequate access management to systems and applications and supporting managers in access validation and governance.
• Participating in the design and deployment of authentication and authorization solutions between enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Contributing to the automation of the identity and access lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance, documentation, and sustainability of implemented solutions.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
• Demonstrated expertise in Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory Domain Services.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Purview expertise.
• Experience with SAP (asset).
• Microsoft certifications (asset).
