As a Project Manager - RTE, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Lead complex strategic initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and business sectors in a hybrid environment combining agile and traditional approaches.
  • Act as a facilitator for large-scale coordination, ensuring integrated planning, team synchronization, and dependency management to maximize value flow.
  • Lead key governance and large-scale agility activities such as PI Plannings, Scrum of Scrums, inter-team synchronizations, progress reviews, and solution demonstrations.
  • Establish and track performance indicators to improve predictability, delivery flow, and operational efficiency of initiatives under your responsibility.
  • Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, mobilize stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of delivery practices, particularly through the use of data and artificial intelligence tools.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is recognized for their mobilizing leadership and ability to rally multidisciplinary teams around common goals.

  • Demonstrates a strong capacity for analysis, data use, and results-oriented continuous improvement.
  • Is recognized for their communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Has more than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, including at least 3 years in a large-scale agile coordination or Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, project management, or any other relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has significant experience in agile or hybrid large-scale environments (SAFe, large-scale Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, or equivalent).
  • Holds a PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent certification.
  • Has a good understanding of the insurance sector and a deep knowledge of information technology and delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, and performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in generative artificial intelligence and its application to improving delivery practices.
